The biggest misuderstanding I come across with the guys that I work with is how much they need to invest in their training to get results.

When you know what you are doing and have a structured plan it becomes significantly more easier to reduce the time spent in the gym and get a better result.

Being more gym effective may mean that you can be more consistent with your training, it may mean that you can structure it in a daily requirement now that you don’t have to fear the loss of hours of your life.

It is no longer a compromise between hitting deadlines and maintaining your health. YOU CAN DO BOTH!!
