I wasn’t originally looking too closely, perhaps that’s why I ended up gaining weight. It was 2013 and the biggest year of my University career, and like so many others, I was busy, I wasn’t focused, and before I ended up fat. Far too many times I worked late into the evening. I would find myself saying I didn’t have time to get my food together, so I kept it to take away and snacking. The signs had started to take it’s toll, that’s when I decided enough was enough.
It wasn’t until I made that initial commitment to get fit that I noticed it…
All the information about weight loss contradicted itself. Nothing was straight forward and everything I seemed to be doing was wrong. After reviewing piles of literature and working with some of the best athletes and fitness professionals I began piecing a proven program together.
For the last 5 years I have been working with individuals to tailor eating plans to help them with their personal goals.
Working with people one on one I have been able to help create easy to follow food maps to achieve sustainable weight loss.
What Makes Us Different
When people seek me out it is likely because they have tried several or so diets and they find that weight not only comes back but it is often harder and there is a lot more to lose than when they started.
They don’t like the lack of consistency and they definitely don’t like the food that is recommended in other programs.
It is quite often remarked that these programs seem way too simple yet time after time they are enjoyable, they can be followed long term, and THE RESULTS LAST
I understand everyone is on their own weight loss journey, which is why we don’t cookie cut meal plans. Each plan is tailored and I will work with you to make sure that your nutritional journey is one that you enjoy.
