Almond Fig Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2 medium banana

1 dried figs, softened in 4 tbs boiling water

1/2 cup milk

2 tsp tahini

30g almonds

4 large ice cubes

Method:

1 Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
