Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

This smoothie has the perfect combination of sweet, savoury and spice – you’ll be guzzling it down in one go!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup natural yoghurt

1/2 cup milk

1/2 apple, roughly chopped

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

20g walnuts

1/4 tsp cinnamon

4 ice cubes

Method:

1 Combine all ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
