Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Hot day? Throw in a frozen banana for a cool kick.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup milk

1 tbs rolled oats (or quinoa flakes if gluten free)

1 tbs peanut butter

1/2 medium banana

2 ice cubes

Method:

1 Put all ingredients in the blender and whiz for a few minutes, then serve.
