Chicken Salad Wrap

This easy peasy protein-packed wrap is just the ticket for school or work lunches and picnics in the park.

Ingredients

1 wholemeal (or gluten free) wraps

1 tbs tzatziki

1 tbs avocado

50g chicken, cooked (poached or grilled)

1 tomato, sliced

1/4 cucumber, thickly sliced

20g mixed salad leaves

 

Method

1 Spread the two wraps with tzatziki and avocado, top with chicken, tomato, cucumber and salad leaves.

2 Season with salt and pepper, roll up and secure with cling wrap or baking paper until ready to serve.
