Foods That Are Complete Junk

To me junk foods are foods that seem fun but provide no nutrition and a ridiculous some of calories.

You know the ones that I am talking about. These are the same foods where you google how much cardio you have to do after you eat them because if you did it before then you likely would not have eaten them.

These are the foods that you day dream about once you are starving yourself from having eaten them in the first place. The ones that are so good in memory but taste like absolute crap when you eat them.

Ok I think you have the point so let’s delve into this list of Dale’s unapproved food stuffs for a skinny belly.

Things that are considered starchy carbs or processed carbs should not be treated as a meal.

Everyone points the finger to Asian culture and their rice habits as proof that rice is fine. These cultures actually use rice in a similar way that some European countries use a single slice of bread to mop up sauce and broth remaining in the meal. They are not the main feature of the meal but the way Western Society prepares them you can be forgiven for thinking that its the same.

Fried Rice is not a meal. It should be a rationed side as it is in Asian cultures.

Pasta dishes should not be all pasta and focus in a colourful variety of veg as it is in Mediterranean cultures. In fact they are more banquet style focused around meat and veg with pasta and bread serving a smaller size in the meal ensemble.

Packaged carbs, chips, lollies, chocolate, etc. beyond treats are largely unnecessary.
