The classic “Avo on Toast” gets a creamy addition in this delicious twist on an old favourite.

Ingredients

2 slices wholegrain (or gluten free) bread

30g goat’s cheese

1/4 avocado, sliced

salt & pepper

1/4 lemon

 

Method

1 Toast bread, then top with goat’s cheese, avocado and season with salt & pepper and a squeeze of lemon.
