Guilt Free Treats

This will continue to grow but for now just starting out on 3 of my easy personal favourites.

Chobani + Lindt Chocolate – Creamy dessert replacement.

  1. Microwave 2 pieces of lindt chocolate in a bowl
  2. Stir in a Chobani yogurt pod

 

Berry and melon mix – next to no calories in these bad boys, and so much tastiness.

  1. Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, watermelon, rock melon, cantaloupe. All diced and stirred.

You really cannot over do this as every ingredient contains next to nothing when compared to a banana.

 

2 Egg + 1/2 banana pancakes + Halo Top

  1. Crack eggs, and mash banana and eggs together.
  2. Prepare as a pancake on a frypan
  3. Add a spoon of Halo top ice cream.

 

These are my low cal, and in some cases, high protein snack favourites.
