Start your day bursting with energy with this tropical smoothie.

Ingredients

1/3 cup Greek yoghurt

1/3 cup milk

1 tbs rolled oats (if gluten-free, use brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes)

20g vanilla protein powder

1 kiwi fruit, roughly chopped (including skin)

2 tsp desiccated coconut

4 ice cubes

 

Method

1 Combine all ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
