Mango & Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1/2 fresh mango sliced

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cups milk

30g vanilla protein powder

1 tbs lemon juice

4 large ice cubes

Toppings

1/2 tsp flaxseed, ground

1 tbs pumpkin seeds

20g blueberries

1 sprig mint leaves, picked

 

Method

1 Place mango, banana, milk, protein powder, lemon juice and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.

2 Pour smoothie mixture into a bowl. Arrange toppings on top of smoothie to serve.
