Ingredients

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1 pitted date

2 tsp cocoa powder

1 tsp instant coffee

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup ice cubes

1 scoops vanilla protein powder

Method

1 Combine all ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
