Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups milk

1 cup Greek yoghurt

2 tbs peanut butter

1 tbs honey

2 tsp vanilla extract

3/4 cup rolled oats (if gluten-free, use brown rice or quinoa flakes)

1 banana, peeled & sliced

 

Method

1 Combine milk, yoghurt, peanut butter, honey and vanilla in a bowl. 

2 Add oats and mix well, cover and refrigerate overnight.

3 Serve chilled or warmed in microwave, topped with sliced banana.
