Summer Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

150g chilled canteloupe, diced

30g vanilla protein powder

2 tsp peanut butter

1/2 small mango, cut in slices

2 tsp cacao nibs

1/2 kiwi fruit, sliced and cut in quarters

8 blueberries

2 tsp coconut flakes

Method

1 Blend cantaloupe, protein powder and peanut butter together till smooth. (you may need to add a little cold water if too thick)

2 Transfer to a bowl and top with mango, cacao, kiwi, blueberries and coconut.
